Ve hemen aray\u0131 uzatmadan Kinoa M\u00fcsli tarifi sizlerle.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131cak havalara uygun bir kahvalt\u0131 se\u00e7imi olmayabilir; i\u00e7indeki tar\u00e7\u0131n ve kuru meyvelerle biraz \u201cs\u0131cak\u201d bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn oluyor, ama bol egzersizli, sporlu, hareketli, enerji gerektiren g\u00fcnler i\u00e7in \u00fczerine benim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi yaz meyveleriyle ferahlat\u0131c\u0131 hale getirilerek harika bir kahvalt\u0131l\u0131k haline geliyor bence. Hele bir de hafif tatl\u0131ms\u0131 bir \u015feyler \u00e7ekiyorsa can\u0131n\u0131z, i\u00e7indeki tar\u00e7\u0131nla ve kuru meyvelerle dama\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tatland\u0131racak harika bir lezzet. Ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7indekilerle oynayarak daha hafif bir \u015fekilde de haz\u0131rlayabilirsiniz.
