Onu yemeyin, bunu yemeyin de o zaman ne yiyelim?<\/p>\n<p>Eklenecekleri yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ama yeni beslenme \u015fekline uygun \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnler nelerden olu\u015fabilir? \u015eimdi kendi tecr\u00fcbeme d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum ki, evet\u00a0beslenme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapmay\u0131 istemek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ve de bunu istedikten sonra hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in bir de haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa gerek var. \u00c7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yerine ne koyaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapmak mesela. Beslenmenize mutlaka ekleyin diye yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m genel takviyeler, canl\u0131 besinler tamam da, s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcne dikkat, glutene dikkat diyince ilk \u00f6nce bunlars\u0131z kahvalt\u0131 nas\u0131l yap\u0131l\u0131r sorusu geliyor akla? De\u011fil mi? Hatta sadece akla gelmiyor, ben bu soruyla \u00e7ok kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Kahvalt\u0131da tost, yumurta yemiycez de peki ne yiycez??? Do\u011fru, ben kendi beslenme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fimi yaparken birisi bana bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 verseydi, ve\u00a0\u015fimdi yazaca\u011f\u0131m alternatifler elimde olsayd\u0131 i\u015fim \u00e7oook daha kolay olurdu :-)) Ben de bunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 yazmaya karar verdim.<\/p>\n<p>Kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6ncesinden ba\u015flamal\u0131 asl\u0131nda. Kalkar kalmaz b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bardak \u0131l\u0131k ve i\u00e7ine taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir limonla su i\u00e7ip, \u00fczerine biraz daha da &#8211; birka\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck bardak- su i\u00e7ip, olabiliyorsa yar\u0131m-bir saat kadar bekledikten sonra kahvalt\u0131 edilmesi iyidir. Su sisteme bir girsin, sindirimi ba\u015flats\u0131n. Yoga ve ayurveda felsefesinden gelen bir bilgi de, yemeden \u00f6nce v\u00fccudun sindirime haz\u0131r olmas\u0131 beklenmeli ve bunu da sa\u011f burun deli\u011finizin a\u00e7\u0131k olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol ederek \u00f6\u011frenebilirsiniz (solu kapat\u0131n sa\u011fdan nefes al\u0131n, t\u0131kal\u0131ysa yemeyin, a\u00e7\u0131ksa rahat nefes al\u0131yorsan\u0131z sindirime haz\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z demektir). T\u00fcm g\u00fcn\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck yeme\u011fi i\u00e7in en uygun saatler yani.<\/p>\n<p>Bir de \u015funu eklemek laz\u0131m. Son yap\u0131lan bir\u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6steriyor ki, 12-15 saaatlik a\u00e7l\u0131k (tabi ki s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketilerek) faydal\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan bakarsak bu yemek yemeyi g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde 8-12 saat aras\u0131nda \u00a0s\u0131n\u0131rlamak anlam\u0131na geliyor (ara\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131nda k\u0131saca okumak i\u00e7in:\u00a0http:\/\/www.drweilblog.com\/home\/2015\/5\/5\/when-you-eat-may-matter-more-than-what-you-eat.html). Tabi gece boyunca de\u011fil !! G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde. E\u011fer ak\u015fam ge\u00e7 ve \u00e7ok yemek yediyseniz, zaten\u00a05&#8217;ten sonra sindirim zay\u0131fl\u0131yor, 9&#8217;dan sonra yenilenler de sabaha kadar sizinle kal\u0131yor (!). Yani sabah dolu bir mideyle kalk\u0131yorsan\u0131z, sadece su ve s\u0131v\u0131 \u015feylerle beslenmek daha do\u011fru bir se\u00e7im olabilir. Hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yememek demiyorum ! Kesinlikle ! Sindirim \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorken ona verece\u011fimiz smoothie veya sebze suyundaki besinleri de ne g\u00fczel al\u0131r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r h\u00fccrelerimize (tarifler i\u00e7in yandaki smoothie kategorisine bakabilirsiniz). Ak\u015fam en son 6&#8217;da ya da 7&#8217;de yediyseniz bence sabah suyunuzdan sonra hafif kahvalt\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 da edin uygun saatlerde. Ben bu konudaki se\u00e7imimi g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak yap\u0131yorum. Kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda neye ihtiyac\u0131m oldu\u011funu soruyorum kendime. Mesela bu sabah kahvalt\u0131m sebze suyu olacak. Baz\u0131 sabahlar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilerden birini \u00e7ekiyor can\u0131m. L\u00fctfen harfi harfine almay\u0131n bunlar\u0131, deneyin, ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n, okuyun ve kendiniz i\u00e7in karar verin her zaman.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte kahvalt\u0131 alternatifleri, (kendi
